Two open calls will be offered through the FF4EuroHPC project, targeting the highest quality experiments involving innovative, agile SMEs. Proposals will address business challenges from European SMEs from varied application domains. Experiments that will meet the open call standards will be carried out on the Cloud-based HPC system, clustered in two tranches.
The first Open Call was successful: a set of 68 proposals was submitted, with coordinators from 19 countries, involving more than 150 organisations from 25 countries. Of these, 16 were selected for funding in an evaluation process involving 37 external reviewers, and the experiments have started in the beginning of June 2021.
When the experiment is successfully concluded, it is resulting in a success story, inspiring the Industry community.
The second Open Call will run from June to September 2021.
