In collaboration with HLRS, scapos and Arctur, the FF4EuroHPC – connecting business with cutting edge technologies Webinar was held on July 27^th. The webinar was opened by Bastian Koller (HLRS), the FF4EuroHPC project coordinator, who welcomed the visitors and sketched the EuroHPC strategy, presented some key highlights and showed how important the competence layer is, especially when interacting with industry. Samir Ben Chaabane (Teratec) presented the various actions that will be implemented to promote the best use of the results of the experiments. Venkatesh Kannan (ICHEC) higligted how SME Accelerator Programme in EuroCC Ireland supports SMEs and Digital Innovation Hubs, and introduced their success use cases. Andreas Wierse (Sicos BW) gave an overview of the way Sicos BW work with SMEs and show some of best success stories. Andreas Piater (SPICETECH) inspired the public with their success story titled “Massively parallel virtual testing of AI-based system” that was created in the previous Fortissimo project and explained how their company established a new approach to virtually test any AI-based system with the tool named “VALICY” to identify potential critical parameter combinations of the environment. Lastly, Guy Lonsdale (scapos), presented the second FF4EuroHPC Open Call.
